Greenville Real Estate News is published by John Murphy. I am an independent real estate agent with eXp Realty LLC as well as an independent rep for CSSI, LLC. I also publish another blog on cost segregation – Cost Seg Building. The views and opinions published here are expressly my own and not those of either eXp Realty LLC or CSSI, LLC. I have been a licensed REALTOR for 21 years – since 2003 and licensed broker since 2007. Prior to moving to Greenville, I was the broker-in-charge supervising nearly 400 agents for eXp Realty. On the cost segregatation side, I work all over the country with commercial building owners and residential investors to help them maximize their tax deductions saving them thousands of dollars in income tax. A lot of my work comes through working directly with commercial real estate agents, commercial insurance agents, building inspectors and residential real estate agents who work with investors (multi-family).

We had had our eyes on Greenville for nearly 10 years but we were not in a position to make the move until a cold winter day in January of 2018. We decided right then that we wanted to be in Greenville by July of 2019 and that’s exactly what we did. We did search a lot of southern cities but we believe this is the best place in America to live..and that was BEFORE Covid! 🙂 My sense from a real estate standpoint is that this is such an exciting area for development, expansion and new growth for families, businesses and communities. I can’t think of a better place to work while continuing to raise a family. In the past I have published several successful and informative local blogs and I look forward to doing the same here by has sharing news, insight, opinion and information for the Greenville area.
